Overall percent agreement with well-being domains, 2010 BRFSS pilot study, NH, OR, WA. SWLS = Satisfaction with Life Scale [37]. For overall SWLS (“SWLS_Scale”), scores of 4 or higher, corresponding to ratings of satisfied or very satisfied, were considered positive. SWLS_Scale is based on positive responses to the four items used in this study: “In most ways, my life is close to ideal; The conditions of my life are excellent; I am satisfied with my life; So far, I have gotten the important things I want in life”.
