  1. The table provides HE and HCAL estimates with 95% confidence intervals for France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, and the UK from 2008 to 2014 (separated for males and females). The confidence intervals are approximated by estimating standard errors for age-specific prevalence values based on the number of individuals in each age interval and are therefore relatively wide for countries and years with small sample size.
