  1. The table provides HE and HCAL estimates with 95% confidence intervals for Finland, Italy, Norway, and Sweden in 2008 and 2014 (separated for males and females). The confidence intervals are approximated by estimating standard errors for age-specific prevalence values based on the number of individuals in each age interval and are therefore relatively wide for countries and years with small sample size.
